 Mr. Wyffels ~ 2007-2008 Alleman Physical Health and Wellness

Welcome new students to Alleman.

Students need to keep their gym locker locked at all times. Other students and sports teams do use the locker-rooms.  All students are required to wear the Alleman gym uniform only. Gym clothes and locks (green) can be purchased at the Alleman bookstore.

WEEKLY

Students will be given the opportunity to weigh themselves, measure their waist, measure their height, check body fat, and body mass.  They can do this personally and keep a record to check at the end of the semester.
