Alleman High School - Academics - Counseling - Dual Enrollment
Academics: Counseling: Dual Enrollment:

Alleman High School and Black Hawk College have entered a partnership so that we can offer elective courses for dual credit.  This means that with successful completion of the course, a student will receive high school credit applied toward the 24 credits necessary for graduation from Alleman and elective college credit through Black Hawk College.  Alleman is the first high school in the area to offer such a course.  Other area high schools offer a course for college credit, but none offer one for both college and high school credit.  Through our research, we know that most of the state universities in Illinois (except for University of Illinois-Urbana) as well as Augustana College and St. Ambrose University will accept these credits.
