UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT CHICAGO HONORS PROGRAM

Criteria:            An incoming Freshman at University of Illinois at Chicago enrolling in the honors program.  Application to the Honors College is no longer determined by a minimum ACT score or high school rank; rather, we evaluate students for admission based on a multifaceted application process.  Criteria reviewed for admission include test scores, high school grades, co-curricular interests and activities, application essays, a faculty interview, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to accept Honors College challenges and contribute to the College.

Note:  St. Ambrose University will match this scholarship for the student’s sophomore, junior and senior year if the recipient attends St. Ambrose.  However, you do not have to attend St. Ambrose to be eligible for this scholarship.

Criteria:            Student must plan to enroll at Augustana College and is a resident of the Moline School District #40 and a current student of Alleman High School.  Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of a student’s achievement, activities, and career plans.  Financial need is not to be a qualifying consideration.
