Upward Bound is one of the federally funded trio programs.  It provides tutoring, college visits and enrichment experiences for high school students whose parents are not college graduates and who meet income guidelines.

The students meet once a week for a two-hour study-tutoring session.  Students participate in a college summer program with an opportunity to earn college credits.
