Alleman Dream House 2008 Rules & Regulations

Only 3,500 shares will be sold.  Share cost is $165.00 each.

Shares are now available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.

Drawing will be held March 15, 2008 at the Alleman High School Heritage Ball.
Winners need not be present to win except for the Attendance Prize.

In the event that the Alleman Heritage Ball Committee does not receive a minimum of 2,750 sold shares on or before March 15, 2008, the committee reserves the right to withdraw the initial prizes and split the net proceeds 50/50 between Alleman and a single prize winner.

No substitutes for prizes as listed.  All prizes subject to federal and state withholding tax.  House winner assumes property taxes accrued after closing and any subsequent and all assessments and all state and federal income taxes, and closing costs, if any.  Gary Hodge & Associates pay survey and title insurance charges and give a one year limited warranty and assign equipment warranties, if any.

The winner of the house must choose the House or the cash alternative on or before March 24, 2008.  If the winner chooses the house, closing must occur by April 24, 2008.

All shares purchased by October 15, 2007 will be eligible for all five early bird drawings - October 15, 2007, November 15, 2007, December 14, 2007, January 15, 2008 and February 15, 2008.

The accounting firm of McGladrey & Pullen will be responsible for monitoring the sale of shares and the drawing.  No employee or family member of an employee of McGladrey & Pullen is eligible to purchase a share.

If you would like to purchase a share, please print our and complete the entry form and mail it with your check or money order today to: Alleman Development Office, 1103 40th Street, Rock Island, IL  61201.  (Checks made payable to Alleman Dream House.)

A confirmation letter listing a share number will be sent for all shares sold.

NOTE: If you would like an invitation to the Heritage Ball, please indicate that on the form.  The Heritage Ball will be held at I-Wireless of the Quad Cities on March 15, 2008.  Reservations are required!
