Attention Student Athletes: SPORTS PHYSICALS NEEDED

Any student planning on participating in a fall sport MUST have a sports physical on file in the Alleman Athletic Department Office by August 11, 2025, the IHSA official start date for fall high school sports. 

Students CANNOT participate until they have a sports physical on file.

Returning 10th, 11th, and 12th Graders: If you are unsure if your sports physical from the 2024-2025 school year is valid, please contact Mrs. Wetherell for the date. 

Incoming Freshmen: The physical/immunizations, which are required to enter an Illinois high school, will suffice for a sports physical. Be sure to get a copy of the physical to the Athletic Department Office by August 11, 2025.
