On one hand, Tom Barber had a very difficult decision to make. On the other hand, the decision to become head football coach at Alleman Catholic High School was fairly simple as it allows him to follow the dream of leading his own program.

“My mother Mary (Crossman) Requet was a ‘52 Alleman graduate as were her six siblings. This led to me and my five siblings and some 60 cousins, nieces and nephews, and extended family graduating from Alleman.”

Freshman Antonio Casas earned a spot in the ILMEA All-State Honors Choir, a feat rarely accomplished by students of his grade level.
Pioneer Robotic Team at Regionals
The Pioneer Robotics team competed at the FIRST Robotics Peoria/Western Regional Tournament this spring and have also been invited to compete at the “Run for the Robots”; FTC Robotics Competition in Lexington Kentucky from June 26-28.
